This Swiss Hotel & Resort developer designed a multi-level Hotel & Resort on the North Pacific coast of Costa Rica. There is a high demand for 5star hotel facilities and the region is not developed very well. In addition SunVesta follows a double strategy to motivate high wealth individuals to buy a private home here, with full service from the resort with a package of special benefits for the owners. The project was affected by an unforeseen tragedy, the death of the CEO of the company. The recovery of the situation was affected by COVID 19 but the project is currently under construction.
